Yavo ("we", "our", or "the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the App uses and how it is handled.
Information We Collect
- Local app data: font card projects, text, styles, layouts, Points balance, community interactions you create, and settings stored on your device.
- Photo library (optional): only when you choose a card background from Photos or export/save a finished card. We do not upload your photo library.
- Camera (optional): only when you capture a photo for a card background. Images stay on your device.
- Notifications (optional): local reminders only; no remote push servers.
- Device identifier (optional): with your permission via App Tracking Transparency, we may use the advertising identifier (IDFA) to measure app performance and improve features. You can change this anytime in iOS Settings.
- Purchase data: handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card details.
How We Use Information
Data is used solely to provide app features: creating English font cards, local previews, community sharing on device, insights, and consumable Points purchases. We do not sell your personal information. There is no cloud account sync; content remains on your device unless you export it. Device identifiers are used only if you allow tracking, and only for performance measurement and product improvement.
Data Storage
Projects, posts, and preferences are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app or using Delete Account in Settings clears local Yavo data. Images you saved to Photos are not removed by Delete Account.
Third-Party Services
Apple App Store processes in-app purchases. Apple's privacy policy applies to payment transactions.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
